He will head the firm’s partnership team as it looks to further develop relationships with travel companies across the country.

Laxen, who joined last year, said the company is proactively seeking new partners and strengthening its brand across the industry.

“I am thrilled to be promoted within a year of joining this dynamic company and will be overseeing the partnership managers, as well as supporting agencies and our sales teams,” he said.

Chief executive Angela Day added: “Chris’s expertise is a great fit for the company and he has already made a huge impact here, which is why we took the opportunity to promote his role.”
