Travel management group ATPI confirms Travelport contract extension

Business travel company ATPI Group has confirmed a contract extension with Travelport.

The deal gives ATPI Group access to travel booking technology in a “multitude” of countries.

Travelport is now the leading GDS for the travel management company in many countries around the world. ATPI Group employs 1,400 people in more than 60 offices.

Chief executive Graham Ramsey said: “There are great synergies between our two businesses and we work well together around the world. Reaffirming this commitment aids the ATPI Group in delivering savings for our clients, and continuing to offer an industry-leading service.”

Travelport global accounts and corporate development senior vice president Sandra McLeod added: “The ATPI Group and Travelport have a strong track record in working together and we are both confident that the use of Travelport’s technology around the world will continue to bring significant benefits.”
