Digital marketing specialist Marin Software has filed for an Initial Public Offering of its shares in the New York Stock Exchange.

Digital marketing specialist Marin Software has filed for an Initial Public Offering of its shares in the New York Stock Exchange.

The firm has a number of travel clients for which it provides the software to manage their online, search, display social and mobile campaigns.

The firm will be listed under the ticker symbol “MRIN”. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Marin said Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank Securities are the lead financial institutions acting on its behalf for the offering.
