Specialist traveller support information is provided via real time travel alerts from the company’s Twitter page and Portman Travel INsite; a tool that brings together useful links, guides, information and advice for travellers.
The site at portmantravel.com not only aims to keep clients informed, but to provide a single point of reference for all business travel needs.
A video on the company aims to give an insider’s view on Portman’s business, culture and vision – communicating a sense of the company’s identity and corporate values.
Chief commercial officer Adrian Parkes said: “We really wanted to change the focus of the website so that it is concentrated more on our people and our clients – showcasing how Portman can add value in the current climate.
“Our people are our best asset and so they played a huge part in the sites redesign, which we feel gives a distinctive personality to our brand and really distinguishes us from our competitors’.
