Cross-channel ferry operator Condor Ferries has relaunched its website in a make it the primary interface between the company and passengers.

The UK-Channel Islands-France operator has built a new online booking and reservation system as part of “significant investment” in technology.

Passengers will be able to self-check their booking history, amend customer details and take part in a frequent traveller facility on the site.

Online destination guides have also been included for the first time for passengers visiting Guernsey, Jersey, St Malo and western France.

Marketing manager Chris Merrell said: “The new website and reservation system not only make the booking process easier, but also help to develop the content of the site to suit the needs of our customers.

“This in turn helps us to improve communications about the products and services our customers are interested in.”
