Thomas Cook has ordered a restructure of its website management team and placed Andy Trip in overall control of online services as director.

Tidy moves across the Thomas Cook business from UPTrips, where as managing director he was responsible for the Club 18-30 and FlexibleTrips brands.

The current leadership team for Thomascook.com, Rakshit Desai and Tony Milsom, will now report directly into Tidy.

Chris Smith, director of accommodation-only and dynamic packages, will take over FlexibleTrips.

Thomas Cook chief executive Manny Fontenla-Novoa, said: “As we approach peaks it is vital that we maximise the sales opportunities via both thomascook.com and our dynamic packaging offerings, and these changes will help ensure we outperform the competition in the coming weeks.”
