Cheeze prepares for New Year push

Search marketing firm Cheeze will spend £1.5 million on its online travel campaigns in January as it predicted a record number of internet bookings in the post-Christmas period.

The company will optimise campaigns for Monarch Airlines, Budget Car Rental, International Life Leisure and Fred Olsen Cruises.

Forecasts show the campaigns will generate more than 46,000 bookings during the month, a record for the company.

“That’s an online travel product booked every 57 seconds in January as a result of the campaigns,” a spokesman said.

Meanwhile, the agency has rolled out a pay-per-click campaign for Budget Car Rental in the Middle East.
