The digital marketing platform is targeting an almost doubling of its customer database to two million by the end of next year.


To assist with that Lindsay Brook-Hartop, formerly digital account manager at Frommer’s Unlimited has been brought in to develop new partnerships.


While as Frommer’s Brook-Hartop was responsible for the account management of a portfolio of key accounts including Kelkoo, Best Western,Travelsupermarket, the AA and Small Luxury Hotels. 


Teletext managing director Victoria Sanders said it sees huge potential in partnerships with other sectors like fashion or publishing.


“We’ve doubled the size of our database since last year and it’s now over one million but we want to drive that forward and are looking to make it two million by the end of 2013,” she said.


“Driving more affinity partners and working together with like-minded brands is part of our strategy to build an active database so we are tailoring our marketing to people who want to hear about holiday deals from us.”


As well as finding new partners Teletext is also looking to create new campaigns with its existing media and television partners including Virgin Media and Samsung.
