Rentalcars Connect has become the new car rental technology provider to Icelandair.

The partners are now working on several new innovations that customers will be able to use from the autumn.

The Rentalcars Connect platform being used by the airline enables passengers to book car rentals in their preferred language, local currency and in 163 countries.

The carrier’s marketing and business development director, Einar Páll Tómasson, said: “Icelandair’s objective has always been to provide our customers with refreshing and reliable products from quality providers, which add to their travel experience.
