Alpine Elements tie-up with Comtec and Eysys for personalisation and relevancy in ecommerce

Specialist winter sports and summer activity holiday operator Alpine Elements has signed a deal with Comtec and sister firm Eysys to become its new ecommerce platform.

Alpine Elements says its intends to pursue a strategy of aggressive expansion as it looks to improve the online experience for its clients.

The deal with Comtec will see Alpine Elements continue to use the software specialist’s well-established Travelink system as its core reservation technology to provide scale and efficient day to day operation.

This will be fully integrated with Holistic, Eysys’s ecommerce platform that allows client personalisation and relevance in the ecommerce experience aimed at improved customer retention and sales conversions.
