Vibe adds CRM to travel tech offering with SuperOffice

Travel technology supplier Vibe is offering clients a new customer relationship management solution having integrated with UK-based specialist SuperOffice.

SuperOffice is based in Milton Keynes and was chosen by Vibe from among a number of suppliers it considered.

Existing customers of Vibe are now being offered the chance to have SuperOffice included in their package of software products, or to take it as a standalone product.

The CRM solution is already being used by Vibe Software partner P&P Associates for its consumer leisure brands, corporate travel arm Chelsea Travel Management and consolidator Guildfare.

Vibe head of sales and account management, Vicky Mills, said: “We were looking for a new CRM solution and we chose SuperOffice which we were using for our business travel.

“We felt they were a technology company like us, they have a similar ethos to selling technology as we do and were reasonably priced to be affordable to everybody.”

Mills said Vibe opted to work with a third party CRM provider so its own developers could continue to concentrate on its core travel retail, booking and web technology.

“We are able to make this affordable by being able to supply it across our business in business travel, leisure travel and the consolidator, rather than just one vertical,” said Mills.

The SuperOffice CRM software went live with P&P associates in the last few weeks, Mills said.

“I’m now going out to our customers saying this is something you can now have as part of your partnership with Vibe either as a standalone product or fully integrated.

“CRM is something everyone seems to want these days as the cost of acquiring new customers means they are better off working hard to keep the ones they have already got.”
