Julian Mills will leave his job as chief commercial officer at travel software group P&P Associates next month after just over a year in the role.

Mills joined P&P in July last year, moving from Travelport where he was vice-president for corporate development.

He previously worked for Amadeus as UK sales director and Travelport-owned Worldspan as regional manager.

P&P said Mills would not be replaced. Chief executive Phil Cook said: “It had always been the intention for Julian to move the business to the next level. I’m pleased to say he has achieved that aim.”

Stevenage-based P&P includes online retailers WeFly and WeHoliday, corporate travel agent Chelsea Travel Management, fare consolidator Guildfare and IT company Travel Solutions.

P&P created the WeCruise brand which it has since licensed to International Cruise and Excursions (ICE) around the time Mills joined last July, after buying the assets of failed cruise retailer Gill’s Cruise Centre.
