Hospitality software expert B4Checkin has announced the addition of its first Montreal based hotel to its portfolio.
Le Crystal Hotel and Spa has implemented B4Checkin’s online booking engine to manage room reservations, as well as a mobile booking system and automated guest feedback management system.
As the second most popular travel destination in Canada, Montreal attracts nearly two million visitors a year.
The hotel, based in a competitive travel market, serves travelers seeking luxurious breaks, and therefore aims to give a professional service through the B4Checkin.
B4Checkin’s email communication package and online comment card system are also in use at Le Crystal.
Guests will receive pre-arrival and post-visit emails, as well as an opportunity to fill out comment cards online, allowing guests unlimited space to voice their opinion and rate their stay.
The hotel is hoping that these new methods will increase communication between the hotel’s staff and guests.
B4Checkin hopes the Le Crystal Hotel and Spa is just one of many hotels signing up for its services this year.
