The awards will take place on October 25 at the Troxy, a music venue and former cinema in trendy east London.

A total of 21 awards are open for entries from today, four of which will be decided through our live pitch process later in the year.

The Travolution Awards has established itself as the premiere travel awards for the online sector and built a reputation in recent years for finding alternative venues.

Last year the ceremony was held in the Roundhouse in Camden on the evening of the Travolution Summit as we marked five years covering the digital travel sector.

The year before that saw the awards take the bold step of leaving its original Park Lane home to be held at the iconic Battersea Power Station growing attendance to over 500.

This year the art deco surrounds of the Troxy promises yet another typically Travolution night out with some eclectic entertainment as well as plenty of surprises.

Lee Hayhurst, Travolution editor, said: “It’s apt that as the eyes of the world turn to east London for the Olympics, Travolution is also heading in that direction for our sixth annual awards.

“If you think your website is the best, if you believe what you do is market leading, then enter as many of our awards categories as possible and hopefully you will be a winner on the night.

“The quality of the entry is an important factor, so do make sure you back your submission with loads of supporting evidence.

“Our judging panels particularly look for leading edge innovation and success and, of course, fabulous execution of digital strategies in travel. Best of luck to everyone.”
