Software developer Availpro has introduced Direct Click Manager for hotels.
The system enables hotels to display their official websites in the list of search channels on TripAdvisor and on the Kelkoo and Trivago price comparison sites, which had previously only displayed distributor websites.
The partnerships, which Availpro has negotiated on behalf of hotel owners, are designed to give websites a publicity boost and generate commission-free bookings.
The move comes as the company prepares to exhibit at the Boutique Hotel Summit in London on May 21-22 and the Independent Hotel Show on October 16-17.
It will present its latest direct online sales products through channels such as Facebook, TripAdvisor and the Trivago and Kelkoo price comparison sites at both events.
UK & Ireland business development manager Richard Oliver said: “We will also be visiting other areas of the UK, with planned field visits to meet hotel owners in York and Edinburgh.”
