Air France has added new mobile flight alerts and personalised accounts for customers on airfrance.co.uk.
Air France Connect and My Account have been created to offer a more bespoke service and to give customers greater control over their booking.
Available in eight languages, Air France Connect will inform customers of any delay, cancellation or change of boarding gate immediately using contact details provided at the time of booking.
Alerts become active from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or e-mail.
My Account allows flyers to set up their own personalised account and store personal data, including payment details and seat and meal preferences, securely.
Flying Blue loyalty scheme members can keep track of their 18-month Miles statement via My Account on the Air France website. My Account will be available via the Air France mobile app shortly.
