Deborah Cordier has been named in the new post of head of operations by travel software firm Multicom.

Deborah Cordier has been named in the new post of head of operations by travel software firm Multicom.

She is to provide board level strategic oversight of the company’s project management and service delivery functions.

Cordier will also review the HR function within Multicom and be responsible for improving corporate communication inside the business.

She joins from the digital agency and community engagement specialist SiftGroups and was formerly head of project management for a privately owned Microsoft Gold Partner software builder.

Multicom managing director John Howell said: “Deborah’s appointment will significantly strengthen the senior management team here at Multicom and will provide a dedicated focus on key aspects of our project management and service delivery to further improve customer satisfaction.”
