Leading UK online travel agency Travel Republic has been commended for its customer service by analytics specialist Nunwood.
The Kingston-Upon-Thames based retailer was the highest ranked travel retailer for customer service in the second Customer Experience Excellence Programme.
A total of 250 brands were evaluated by more than 7,300 consumers in September 2011.
Travel Republic beat leading UK brands Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook and was the highest rising travel firm, up 51 places on last year from 77 to number 26.
