Ski accommodation specialist Skipad.co.uk is offering customers use of a new iPhone app allowing them to browse properties.
The app provides access to information on the properties listed on the website and to search by type, such as chalets, catered chalets and apartments.
It also has integrated maps and information about local facilities and amenities and allows searches to be specific to a chosen resort.
User can browse photos and tailor their enquiry to predetermined property sizes and the app offers telephone numbers and a click to email function.
Searches can be saved and shared with friends and colleagues in a ‘wish list’ function.
Ski Pad founder Gary Hector said: “We have launched this app in time for the start of the ski season.
“More and more people want access to holiday booking information on the move and the app provides enough detail for users to make an informed booking.”
Ski Pad lists hundreds of properties in Europe, the US and Canada that can be rented direct from the owner.
