Premier Inn has begun incorporating TripAdvisor reviews into its website, allowing the public to see guest comments and reviews on its more than 600 hotels.
Guests will be able to view the TripAdvisor rating of each Premier Inn hotel and read impartial feedback of other guests’ experiences of Premier Inn. The company will also display information from the more than 800,000 responses to its own guest satisfaction survey.
Gerard Tempest, Spokesperson for Premier Inn, said: “Our guests’ opinions are an invaluable source of information for us and we constantly use guest feedback to shape and improve the standards of service available at Premier Inn.”
