UK tour operator First Choice has introduced Tripadvisor reviews onto its site for the first time.

The Tui Travel-owned operator which this year announced it will sell only all-inclusive holidays from 2012 said it wanted to enhance the user experience. The deal will see Tripadvisors user reviews and ratings appear on the firstchoice.co.uk site to help its customers make a decision on which property to opt for.

Nathan Timmins, head of online marketing at Tui UK and Ireland, said: “We want our visitors to have the best online experience possible, this is why we’ve introduced TripAdvisor reviews and ratings to our site.

“Customers will now have all the information they need about our holidays in one place and this new content will assist our visitors in making the best possible decisions, ultimately leading to a better travel experience.”

Pollyanna Vincent, partnerships manager UK for TripAdvisor, added “We are thrilled to extend our relationship with Tui further by partnering with First Choice. Their customers can now make the very best travel decisions through insight and feedback from the experiences of over 40 million real travellers.”
