Travel technology company Comtec and the mobile travel applications specialists at Cloudworks Solutions have partnered to create a fully integrated mobile solution for its clients.
The new application is designed to provide individual clients with their own unique mobile brand. Users are able to view their booking records via real-time connectivity. They can also make payments and purchase additional extras.
Comtec sales director Richard Turner said: “We saw an opportunity for our clients to use a mobile application, not only to service their customers once they had booked their holiday, but to enable the agent/operator to increase the opportunity to up-sell extras.
“Mobile technology is not Comtec’s core strength so we decided to choose a partner, who had not only demonstrated delivering mobile applications, but also had a proven track record working in travel.”
