Hotelzon renews Pegasus contract as reservations rise 26%

After a 26% increase in reservations for 2010, Hotelzon has decided to renew its distribution agreement with Pegasus Solutions.

Hotel distribution specialist Hotelzon is to renew its distribution agreement with Pegasus Solutions following a 26% increase in reservations for 2010.

The new agreement will last for four years and guarantees Hotelzon continued use of Pegaus’ UltraDirect Interface.

“We’ve grown in partnership with Pegasus, leveraging its UltraDirect and UltraSwitch interfaces to serve our corporate clients, hotels and agency partners,” said Jani Kaskinen, CEO of Hotelzon.

“With Pegasus as a transactional intermediary, we saw growth in net reservations of 26% in 2010, and expect to double that growth in 2011 leveraging the company’s distribution technology.”
