Travel management company Click Travel has poached Andrew Frater from rival Egencia, in a move the company describes as a “coup”.

Commenting on his new role as business development manager, Frater said: “In a very competitive industry it can be difficult to find a true unique selling point, but Click Travel achieves this by constantly challenging the status quo.”

“When the opportunity presented itself to work with a great team of people who share the same vision, I jumped at the chance to join. I’m looking forward to working with the Click team and setting a new standard for online corporate travel solutions.”

Click Travel managing director Simon Mclean said he is very excited about the new hire. He believes Frater’s experience with software as a solution and his background in the competitions corporate travel management will make him the perfect candidate to manage Click Travels new business offerings.
