Travel Republic ‘delighted’ with response to refreshed website

Online travel agency Travel Republic has introduced a revamped version of its of website.

The site includes increased integration with Facebook and Twitter, with buttons allowing users to ‘Like’ or ‘Tweet’ about any page on the site. This allows the company’s 50,000 Facebook fans to share recommendations with friends.

The new site also features more than 250,000 customer hotel reviews from customers. A map view has been introduced through Google Street View, allowing users to see exactly what a particular hotel and its surrounding area looks like.
Managing director Paul Furner said: “The new website is much faster, more user-friendly and has a fresh, modern look and feel. We are absolutely delighted with the extremely positive feedback we have already had from our customers.”
