Hotel and travel distribution services provider Pegasus Solutions has named Mercie Hyder as new chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Hotel and travel distribution services provider Pegasus Solutions has named Marcie Hyder as new chief financial officer and executive vice president.
Hyder has worked at Pegasus for 10 years, most recently as vice president and controller. She has a strong finance background and has worked with both public and private companies.
In her new roll Hyder will be responsible for all finance, corporate accounting and compliance functions. Mike Kistner, chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions, said: “We took the time to conduct an extensive executive search for this position.
“Marcie’s vast financial experience and understanding of our company, our investors, our industry, and our customers makes her the ideal executive to move our company forward.”
