Worldhotels launches event and conference planning tool

Worldhotels has launched a new portal for meeting planners.


The tool, aims to help meetings and conference professionals to plan events of any kind from board meetings, seminars, conferences and team building events to weddings, birthdays, galas or other business and social occasions.


The portal features conventional online search tools that allow users to locate events in any Worldhotel property. Planners will also be able to filter for additional requirements like delegate numbers, accommodation and hotel facilities.


Users can also enter their event requirements and receive a list of locations that fill their needs. “Meeting professionals today are dealing with an ever growing number of client enquiries which are highly demanding and increasingly complex,” said Robert Hornman, managing director of Worldhotels.
