TTE: Click with Technology rebrand and relocation

Travel IT provider Click With Technology has marked its 10th anniversary with the unveiling of a new name and a rebrand following last month’s move to new offices in Brighton.

Now known as CWTdigital, the firms says the new look reflects how it has developed over the last decade to become a specialist in front-end web solutions for travel retailers.

Dan Caplin, managing director, said: “This follows from our 10 year anniversary and the change over the years in our approach to what we offer.

“Initially we were set up as a technology development agency doing click to book systems and we were the first to provide deep linking from sites like Cheapflights.

“What we have been increasingly offering in the last five to six years is an integrated front end one stop shop with all sites coming with a bespoke design package.

“We not only build our agents a site that is in keeping with their branding but is powered by our mid-office which has content management, CRM, CRS, pricing tools and booking reports.

“But the thing we focus on most is not only integrating the technology to the front-end but also driving traffic to our customers’ websites. So we looked at our brand and, although it’s a well known brand, we felt it did not really reflect what we do.

“It’s a simple change to add the word digital but it says more about the creative design, web development and targeted marketing services we now offer.”

Caplin said the decision to move to Brighton from Burgess Hill was made to allow CWT to tap into a pool of creative IT talent that is located in the town.

As well as larger offices the new location in New England House is a well known new media hub and also home to the likes of digital support agency Wired Sussex and marketing specialist Pure360.

“We have access to the best staff and the local community of digital media agencies and we are also going to be working closely with Sussex University to attract the best of the up and coming talent.

“We’ve more than doubled our square footage to help with our expansion and plan to double our creative design team, bring in more talented developers and double our digital marketing team.”

CWT customers include Norwegian Cruise Line, cruise.co.uk, On Holiday Group, Holiday Taxis, Cruise Compare, 1st4cruising and PortAventura.
