Kay Bustin has joined Teletext Holidays as head of online product, completing a new senior management team as the company prepares to become a digital-only business from January 1.
She has joined from Cara Hotel Marketing where she looked after sales and marketing strategies for hotel clients in the Far East and Caribbean.
Bustin previously spent more than four years at lastminute.com in various roles including worldwide product manager.
She is to broaden the range of holiday types and destinations to cater for all parts of the holiday sector from single travellers to families and over-55s to group tours.
More long-haul travel is to be added including adventure trips to New Zealand, beach retreats in Thailand, spa breaks in the Caribbean and self-drive tours in the US. Bustin reports to the company’s managing director Victoria Sanders.
