Kuoni is to extend its partnership with Tealeaf across its Scandinavian websites after successfully using it in the UK to improve custoemers’ experience online.
Since deploying Tealeaf in the UK in June 2009, Kuoni said it had seen improved customer experience and conversion rates.
The service also helped Kuoni understand why some customers did not complete the sales process and allowed it to react more quickly when issues arose.
“The insights into customer behaviour that Tealeaf provides has entirely changed the way we design and manage the websites” said Joachim von Maltzan, usability manager at Kuoni.
“The move to roll Tealeaf out to our Scandinavian websites was an obvious one and we are keen to use it to identifying whether customers in different regions are behaving in different ways and make more informed changes as a result.”
Tealeaf will be rolled out to the operator’s Sweden, Denmark and Norway sites.
