AffiliateFuture and TopCashback.co.uk have launched what they claim is the first holiday price comparison site that integrates the cash back earned in the search results.
The UK’s leading cash back site has included the functionality in the ‘holidays’ section within its ‘travel’ vertical.
In search results the price and cash back amount are dynamically displayed enabling consumers to more easily find the best deals supplied by over 20 leading holiday suppliers.
Top Cashback said it will work on making the cash back search, which has been live since last month for testing, more visible to members of the site.
Duncan Robb, Top CashBack head of public relations, said travel was the third most popular vertical on the site behind sales of DVDs and clothes.
He said as well as leisure customers the site was attracting a good proportion of corporate business travellers looking to earn cash back on their purchases.
Top CashBack currently has over half a million members and 50,000 unique visitors per day.
Robb said: “We have over 2,200 merchants featured on the site and among them are most of the biggest names in the travel industry.
“As an indication of the level of business, a brief check on our June figures show that over £1 Million worth of holiday and travel bookings were made by members through Top CashBack.”
Giles Parnwell, head of travel at AffiliateFuture. said: “This product represents incredible value to the consumer not only in terms of savings on their holiday purchase but also time as they don’t have to trawl through numerous sites to make a decision on their purchase.
“What’s more our results uniquely display holiday rates by individual Hotel with the cash back amount alongside giving an instant overview of the market.
“We aim to roll out additional products aimed at the affiliate channel including a hotel cash back search later in the year.”
