Boutique hotel website Chic Retreats has been relaunched with enhanced features to help customers search its collection of 560 properties featured on the site.
As well as new search functionality allowing browsers to filter searches based on destination, facilities and collection type, a “wishlist” allows availability requests for up to five hotels at a time.
The redesigned site also features larger images, special offers, customer testimonials and personal recommendations from the site’s founder Lulu Townsend.
Chic Retreats is a consumer brand founded in 2002 with just 17 hotels operated by Travel Intelligence which focuses in small hotels with under 30 rooms and luxury villas
Alan Joseph, Travel Intelligence chief executive, said: “Chic Retreats now has the good-looking, user-friendly website it deserves.
“The style and personality of the site truly reflects the brand’s image, integrity and philosophy to only represent genuinely small boutique hotels and luxury villas.
“I am delighted by the new website which will enhance both the user and hotel experience.”
Among the collection categories Chic Retreats features are Beach Beach Chic Retreats, British Chic Retreats, Budget Chic Retreats, Chic Houses & Luxury Villas and City Chic Retreats.
The site offers membership which comes with a book, featuring over 250 properties, and a membership card which entitles members to benefits when booking a stay at any Chic Retreat, including discounts on room rates, upgrades and spa treatments.
