‘Book Easy, Travel Happy’ promises ebookers

What has been described as a ‘customer value proposition’ has been introduced by online travel agency ebookers across all 12 of the European markets it operates in.

What has been described as a ‘customer value proposition’ has been introduced by online travel agency ebookers across all 12 of the European markets it operates in.


The promotion follows a re-structuring of the agency and seeks to highlight to consumers five key attributes of using the company under the the strap line: ‘Book Easy, Travel Happy’.


These include ease of making secure bookings, the breadth of content available, travel deals, savings to be made when bookings flights and accommodation together, and transparency.
 
Company president Tamer Tamar said: “Following some great strides we have made in recent months regarding our company re-organisation and the subsequent growth, I am delighted to launch our integrated customer value proposition.


“The new proposition takes all of the great features of booking with ebookers, and boils them down to a simple set of tangible benefits for our customers.”


Consumer research will be conducted to assess how well the proposition is received by consumers.
