Gray Dawes Travel has won a renewed contract for Camelot, the national lottery operator.
The independent travel management company said the move was part of Camelot’s commitment to efficiency and was designed to underline the company’s status as the most cost-efficient lottery operator in the world.

“Their expertise will greatly benefit our staff by further streamlining our booking processes and ensuring we get the best level of service and value for money.”
The account will be serviced at Gray Dawes’ National Reservations Centre in Colchester.
Jean Hopkins, business development director for Gray Dawes, said: “We are delighted to have regained this account and are confident that Camelot will benefit from our dedication to personalised client service, our travel management expertise, and the cost and time efficiencies delivered by our online booking system, gdbookonline.”
