Travel Counsellors is to employ an interactive recruitment campaign to attract high street agents to join the company.

The campaign, which launches next week, will make use of video journals, diary entries and Twitter updates from two Travel Counsellors, Emma Parry-Thorpe from Manchester and Lindsay Garner from Devon.

Potential recruits will  be directed to a new area within the Travel Counsellors’ website where they can read about both their experiences.

Parry-Thorpe has used the company’s System of Success training scheme to earn £56,000 commission in the last twelve months, while Garner has used the system to boost her business 92% in the last year.

Travel Counsellors managing director Steve Byrne said: “The new campaign and website gives further insight into how we can support agents, including how to gain new customers and ensure they give these customers the service that guarantees they stay with the agent for life.”
