Managing director Gail Kenny gave travel industry guests and staff at its birthday celebrations in London last night a sneak preview of the new logos.

The new Gail Kenny Group will incorporate Gail Kenny Executive Search, its HR consultancy and its online arm Pure Genie.

Kenny warned this year will be tough for employers to hang on to good staff because firms are aggressively recruiting as they emerge out of the recession.

She said firms must look after their most valued staff and make sure they are offered the training and development they require to keep them.

The company was founded by Kenny in 2004, originally operating from a room in her house, and claims to have been the first recruitment company purely dedicated to the travel industry.
