Top rating for travel sites in Webcredible study

Travel websites are among the easiest to use, second only to news and media company sites, according to research from user experience specialist Webcredible.


The study shows that only nine percent of 1,000 consumers polled found travel websites difficult to use while news and media company sites were deemed difficult to use by only seven percent of users.


Local authority and government sites came out worse in the study with 34% finding them most difficult to use. Financial services sites were also highlighted with 16% saying they were the second most difficult to use.
