Sabre Travel Network has relaunched its itinerary service Virtually There with a range of new features including enhanced mobile phone functionality.

Users accessing the site through their mobile devices will benefit from an improved interface which Sabre says makes it easier to see the information on phones.

Content additions to both the mobile and online version include real-time flight delay and gate-change notifications. The new MyTrips function keeps a record of previous trips.

Customers who book through a Sabre-enabled travel agent or travel management company can access the Virtually There site using a reservation code. About 30,000 Sabre agents around the world offer the service to leisure and business clients.

Sabre said it is working with airline partners to develop online and mobile check-in capabilities via Virtually There.
