Tour operating software and systems specialist, Intuitive Ltd, will be using the Travel Technology Show 2009 as the first public unveiling of the latest version of its market leading web-based tour operating system, iVector.
iVector offers tour operators a unique web-based platform for live packaging, pricing and availability, be it from ‘own-contracted’ stock or from a third party; sold online, in a call centre or distributed via XML. iVector has been significantly enhanced over the last twelve months to include new feature-rich modules for packaging tours, ‘own-stock’ flights, multi-lingual services and supplier portals.
Said Andy Keeley, Director of Sales, Intuitive Ltd: “We are looking forward to introducing the new iVector features at the Travel Technology Show 2009.
iVector’s ethos is simple: to offer the most comprehensive and cost-efficient web-based tour operating system on the market. We believe iVector has now set the standard for web-based tour operating systems in the UK.”
Driven by both customer requirements and intuitive’s own vision for the system, iVector has grown from an accommodation booking engine to a full end-to-end tour operating system. The enhancements built into iVector offer the end user even lower costs and overheads as well as rapid processing and a single point of input for optimum efficiency.
It can be tailored to accommodate the unique needs of each business, from accommodation-only websites and dynamic packaging multi- sales channel agents, through to tailor-made itinerary building by specialist tour operators.
Concluded Keeley: “We are regular exhibitors at the Travel Technology Show as it provides us with the perfect vehicle to inform the industry and customers of our latest developments and products.
“This is a fast moving sector, so the show also gives us a great opportunity to obtain feedback from the industry and discuss the market in general with our peers and other key opinion formers in the sector.”
