British Airways announces new appointments

Andrew Crawley has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for British Airways

Andrew Crawley has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for British Airways.


He was previously Head of Sales at the airline.


Other changes to the department include the appointment of Richard Tams as Head of UK& Ireland Sales responsible for both corporate and leisure sales.  Adam Daniels moves from Leisure Sales to become Head of Revenue Management.


A new Head of Marketing role has been created and the external recruitment process to fill this role has begun.


Andrew Crawley joined British Airways in 1992 and has worked in a variety of sales, marketing and operational roles in the UK, Europe and Asia.  He is also a Board Member of Airmiles and British Airways Holidays.


Prior to joining British Airways, Andrew spent two years in advertising after graduating from London University with a degree in chemistry.


Andrew is 42 and married with two daughters. His interests include windsurfing, sailing and travel.
