Online price comparison service Dealchecker has ramped up its sales and marketing force with a number of new recruits.
Siobhan Tarleton has joined the company as graduate marketing executive while George Hiles is joining in December as business development manager.
Hiles previously spent four years specialising in travel and tourism at the Outdoor Media company.
The company is also poised to recruit an analyst to help suppliers optimise their campaigns as well as ensure dealchecker is maximising its own marketing activity.
Managing director Alex Saint said: “We are already a cheaper source of traffic than the search engines but people are looking round for ways to maintain their returns.”
Saint also added that the company is also looking to appoint a marketing and acquisitions manager to work on the subscriber deals newsletter.
According to Saint the newsletter currently has 375,000 subscribers – a threefold increase on the same time last year.
