Former Silverjet IT director George Henderson has joined online start-up Gekko.com.
Henderson has taken up the role of chief operating officer at the web 2.0 service, which aims to combine hotel, restaurant and bar recommendations with an online booking engine.
Gekko is currently in private beta with a plan to launch next March.
Prior to joining Silverjet, the all-business class airline which collapsed in May, Henderson also held roles at Opodo and Kuoni.
