British carrier bmi has signed a long term airline distribution agreement with Sabre Travel Network, the world’s leading travel distribution provider.

The agreement will see bmi provide Sabre travel agencies and corporations around the world with access to all their content including fares, schedules and availability through the Sabre global distribution system (GDS) for the next three years. Most importantly the agreement will enable agencies to access and sell bmi’s web only fares in the GDS.

As the world’s largest GDS with more corporate and online customers than any other GDS in the marketplace, Sabre Travel Network provides bmi the ability to reach more business and leisure travellers than any other marketing distribution channel.
