Leading online travel and leisure retailer lastminute.com has appointed former Hotel Reservation Services partnership manager Drew Robinson to the position of head of country distribution (UK).

Robinson said: “I’m delighted to have joined a company as forward thinking and innovative as lastminute.com at what is a very exciting time.

“Lastminute.com’s Partner Network massively differentiates us from our competitors in the distribution space.”

Robinson reports directly into group vice president of distribution, Vic Darvey.

Robinson started his travel career at HotelConnect and joined the German HRS in 2005 where he was fundamental in launching it into the UK market.
