Booking.com has launched two new data insight tools for hotel and accommodation partners to enhance the value of them doing business with the OTA.

Booking.com Analytics and the Opportunity Centre have been rolled out globally as standard.

They provide real-time market data and a customisable dashboard aimed at helping its 950,000 suppliers improve revenues.

Remco van Zanten, global director of partner services at Booking.com, said: “Finding new and increasingly personalised ways to help support our global community of accommodation partners is what drives us to keep innovating.

“We know that our partners are hungry for more data and actionable insights to help them increase the revenue they make via our platform.

“These new tools provide our busy partners with access to relevant data and advice when it’s convenient for them. It’s all about hyper-customised content delivered in real-time so our partners can take their businesses to the next level.”

Booking.com Analytics offer four separate reports: a benchmarking Pace Report, a Sales Statistics snapshot, a Booker Insights report on customer behaviour and a forward looking Book Window Info report.

The reports are populated throughout with handy, user-friendly tips that help guide partners of various backgrounds through the data and explain all the various definitions used in the dashboard reports.

The Opportunity Centre offer business advice. Partners can quickly assess the opportunities, select the most relevant options for their property, and implement them to enhance their listing and grow their business through Booking.com.

Booking.com Analytics and the new Opportunity Centre are now available globally in 42 languages to all of Booking.com’s accommodation partners via their Extranet.
