Distribusion’s coach GDS adopted by Schmetterling

More than three million coach rides in Europe are now bookable in the Schmetterling price comparison system Schmetterling Vanessa, the CRS system Schmetterling Neo and the mid and back office technology Schmetterling Argus.

Distribusion has been integrated with a new, separate bus tab within in the consulting and price comparison system Schmetterling Vanessa.

Selected rides will be transferred into the in-house CRS Schmetterling Neo and can be directly booked.

“Long distance coaches are now part of residential travel agency sales,” said Anya Müller-Eckert, general manager of Schmetterling.

“Thanks to the cooperation with Distribusion, our travel agency partners are now able to book various bus services at low costs and effort.

“The automatic transfer of bookings to the Schmetterling Argus mid and back office system ensures a very convenient handling for travel agents and leads to lowest possible processing time for bookings.“
