Finnair’s package tour subsidiary has selected d-flo to look after its post-reservation customer communications.
Led by its technology partner Atcore, Aurinkomatkat has selected data flow and document management firm d-flo’s TravelComms, integrated with Atcore’s high-performance reservation and e-commerce platform, to enhance post-reservation customer communications.
TravelComms has been designed specifically for tour operators to enhance the experience of their customers before, during and after their holiday by producing “enriched, informative and personalised communications”.
Minna Pyykölä, service manager at Aurinkomatkat, said: “D-flo has worked collaboratively with Atcore to deliver the solution to tight timescales.
“The d-flo technical team has provided excellent support throughout the implementation enabling our vision of customer communications to develop through the process.”
