Eurostar’s refreshed agent website launches

A revamped version of Eurostar’s dedicated website for UK travel agents goes live today (Thursday).

The new version of has been designed to provide the latest Eurostar information to support UK agents and selling partners.

Eurostar expects the new and improved version to build on more than 10,000 hits a month from agents.

There has been a particular focus on the user experience, and ensuring the website is simple

The revamp aims to make the site simple to navigate, offering information from timetables to operational updates and details about the introduction of Eurostar’s new fleet of trains.

General manger for trade sales, Sarah Gaze, said: “Our previous website has been serving the agent community for many years and whilst content grew organically over time the user experience wasn’t as strong we wanted it to be.

“We’re delighted to unveil the new site which offers easy navigation and is full of new features such as a dedicated agent area where users can share selling tips and interesting facts about the destinations we serve.

“We encourage everyone to sign up to receive our regular Eurostar4Agents newsletters that are packed with helpful hints and tips and inspirational reasons to choose Eurostar for their customers.”
