RightNow Technologies today announced that SkyEurope Airlines, the leading low-cost airline in Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia has purchased RightNow CRMTM.
SkyEurope Airlines plans to use RightNow to provide superb customer experiences across many European countries. Initially they will deploy English, Slovakian and German to support their biggest markets with other languages to follow.
Once deployed, the system will empower customers to find answers to their questions using RightNow’s intuitive web self-service features throughout SkyEurope Airlines’ website and specifically within its online help page.
The technology will open up a 24/7 channel for customers to find information on everything from time sensitive flight information to more general details about the company.
As a result, RightNow will support a positive customer experience, and aim to reduce repetitive questions coming into the contact centre via phone and email.
