P&O Cruises unveils new site
P&O Cruises has relaunched its main website with a raft of new features aimed at consumers looking to book direct with the cruise line operator.
The new site will also feature a weighty destination content portfolio of over 200 ports in 80 countries as well as live pricing and availability.
New navigational tools such as ‘recently viewed cruises’ – to give users the opportunity to return to the last three cruise products they viewed – have also been included for the first time.
Traditional cruise site functionality such as electronic brochures, webcams and virtual tours of ships are also included alongside a personalised brochure system.
P&O will continue to offer customers a 5% discount for bookings via its website as part of the relaunch programme.
Head of brand marketing for P&O Cruises, Philip Price said: “Our website is increasingly the first port of call for people planning and researching a cruise holiday.
“With the rise in travel-related online activity it is essential that visitors find browsing and navigating our site as simple but informative as possible.”
